Single Line Industrial Greasing System

Groeneveld supplies an automatic single-line greasing system especially for application in industrial processes. Via one or several central pump systems, a great many greasing points are serviced simultaneously, at the right time and with the right quantity of grease. Because of the regular greasing, important components like bearings are lubricated properly and constantly, thus preventing wear and tear. At the same time the chance of malfunctioning is reduced to a minimum, while maintenance costs go down substantially.

The pump unit pumps the exact amount of grease to each greasing point via the main line, the metering blocks and the metering units, and then via secondary lines. An electronic time switch or a PLC determines the greasing time and the duration of the greasing cycle every time the set interval time expires.
