Tri-Plus
For Complex Greasing Requirements
The ever increasing demand from manufacturers and end users for a lubrication system for a class 2 grease led to the development of the Triplus lubrication system. A progressive grease lubrication system suitable for the use of class 2 grease, without any of the disadvantages of standard progressive systems.
TriPlus has been specially developed for vehicles with complex bodywork structures having differing lubrication requirements, independent of one another
Operation
The Triplus lubrication system consists of:
- An electrical plunger pump with an integrated control unit;
- Progressive distribution blocks;
- Grease pipes to blocks and lubrication points.
The Triplus system consists of a pump with between 1 and 3 outlets, to which progressive distribution blocks are linked. Each outlet is individually managed by the control unit. The interval time and the quantity of grease to be supplied in each cycle can be separately determined for each outlet. The grease delivered at the progressive blocks is then distributed across the lubrication points in a manner determined by the block composition. The control unit determines the lubrication timing for each outlet, and monitors the entire process.
TriPlus has been designed for multi-purpose and biodegradable NLGI2 grease types and vailable with 3, 4 or 8 litres reservoir.
TriPlus, obvious benefits:
- Fully sealed construction prevents grease contamination
-
Standard follower plate in grease reservoir to ensure:
- No condensation mixed with grease
- Grease does not suffer ageing
- The full amount of grease is used
- The level is clearly visible
- Equipped as standard with electronic memory database
- Standard in cab control light
- Constant metering, irrespective of temperature or grease viscosity
- Wide range of metering units
- Easy and fast to install
- Memory database.
