Kawasaki pumps
Kawasaki offer a broad range of hydraulic piston pumps. Below is a brief overview of the models available.
K3VL
The Kawasaki K3VL series swash plate type axial piston pumps are designed to satisfy a variety of construction and off-highway applications where a medium to high pressure variable displacements pump is required.
It offers dispalcements from 28cc to 200cc with continuous pressure ratings up to 320 bar. It also features load sensing, torque limiting and electronic displacement control.
K3VLS
Kawasaki's new medium duty pump, the K3VLS, has been developed for machines and equipment that use a load sensing control system and/or electric displacement control systems. Its launch follows extensive research and development as our engineers combined efficiency with simplicity to deliver the most technologically advanced pump on the market.
It offers displacmnents of 65cc, 85cc and 105cc with continuous pressure ratings up to 280 bar and maximum pressure ratings up to 350 bar. It also features load sensing, torque limiting, power shift and electronic displacement controls.
K8V
The K8V series is Kawasaki's new closed loop pump with excellent controllability and superior efficiency. It is used in hydrostatic transmissions on a variety of off-highway machinery.
it offers displacements of 71cc, 90cc and 125cc with pressure ratings up to 400 bar. It also features electronic and hydraulic displacement control. 'Through drive' and tandem versions are available.
K3V/K5V/K7V
The K3V/K5V/K7V pump range has been specifically designed to meet the demands of hydraulic excavators and other mobile machinery. The introduction of the K7V offers a step change in hydraulic pump efficiency.
It offers displacements from 63cc to 212cc with continuous pressure ratings up to 350 bar. It is available in single, tandem and parallel versions with a wide range of power, pressure and displacement controls available.
K7VG
The K7VG series of high-pressure swash plate type pumps was developed for general industrial machinery use. The adoption of the high-load bearings and friction-free contacting mechanism of piston shoes, results in a high level of reliability and long life.
It offer displacements of 180 and 265cc continuous pressure ratings up to 350 bar. It has a long bearing life, ISO mount and shaft, optional through-drive and highly responsive controls
K3VG-DT
The K3VG-DT series are tandem swash-plate type axial piston pumps which give excellent performance in high flow industrial applications in a compact and cost-effective package.
It offers displacements of 360cc and 560cc with continuous pressure ratings up to 350 bar. It has a common suction port and an extensive range of highly responsive control options.
