The compact pomp unit of the OnePlus system has one outlet. It connects to one or several metering blocks, sufficient for all greasing points on the machine or vehicle. Grease quantities and greasing cycles can be set easily with the rotary switches. The integrated grease pressure indicator enables users to verify proper system operation at a glance.
The grease reservoir holds 2 or 3 kg of grease and features a follower plate system, which prevents the grease from coming into contact with air or condensation water. It also prevents funnelling and allows easy verification of the grease supply.
The standard pump equipment features a follower plate which follows the grease level. It prevents oxidation of the grease as well as funnelling of the grease within the reservoir, while the reservoir wall remains clean. The actual grease level can be seen immediately. Because of this follower plate, the OnePlus is excellently suited for use with biodegradable greases.
