Automatic single-line "0-grease" greasing system with a pneumatic or electric pump.  Groeneveld supplies the single-line automatic greasing system in a special version for trucks, trailers, buses, forklifts and many other applications.  This system greases all greasing points simultaneously, at the right moment and with the correct amount of grease. Due to the regular greasing, vital parts such as the kingpin and the fifth wheel coupling will remain well-greased at all times, so moisture and sand are kept out.  Wear of expensive parts is reduced to a minimum without you having to give it a single thought. 

The benefits of an automatic greasing system are time gain, no extra service stops, reduced wear, reduced repair costs and greater reliability. Additionally, the follower plate in the Single Line pump unit is a standard feature.  It covers the grease in the reservoir.

The compact pomp unit of the OnePlus system has one outlet. Twin automatic greasing will keep your vehicle in top condition.  Groeneveld offers several automatic greasing system options for offroad and transport vehicles.   One of them is the dual line Twin system that is mostly used in vehicles operating under severe conditions for continuous periods of time.  Twin guarantees that all pivoting points that need lubrication are constantly greased, ensuring that the availability of the vehicle is not endangered as a result of unanticipated problems due to bad lubrication.  Thus, Twin has a serious impact on your operational management.  This ingenious greasing system will grease every lubrication point of your machine accurately, while it also self-checks and alerts the operator in case of any malfunction.  What you gain: reduced loss of time due to maintenance and downtime, i.e. a higher return on investment from your equipment.

The Twin 2-grease system is a fully monitored greasing system, consisting of a plunger pump, a main line network with metering units and a secondary line network to the greasing points.  The selection switch allows the user to set the best possible interval - for specific applications - between greasing cycles.  The grease moves to the metering blocks through the main lines.  The pump automatically switches off as soon as the pressure in all metering units has reached a minimum of 100 bar.  The advantage of this particular system set-up is that the greasing points furthest away from the pump will receive the specified amount of grease at full pressure.

ECO Plus

The EcoPlus offers an economic automatic lubrication solution for many applications like smaller wheelloaders and mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders, road sweepers and for instance loader cranes or buses.  The unique cartridge concept sets the EcoPlus apart from any other 2-grease automatic lubrication system in the market.  Not only does it make refilling a very easy job, it also guarantees the right grease quality and specification for the equipment, guaranteeing less repair and maintenance and longer life of critical components of your equipment.

The EcoPlus offers exactly the right balance between size and grease quantity.  With compact dimensions of 9.26 x 6.50 x 11.4 inch, there is always room to be found to install the pump onto the machine.  The 1.7 litre cartridge, however, offers the right grease volume to meet the lubrication needs and larger service intervals of modern compact machines.  The EcoPlus is available with a strong 12 or 24 Volt electric motor and features an 8 mm (0.32 inch) pump element as a standard, providing 0,26 cm3 (0.16 in3] of grease per cycle.  A second pump element is available as an option, offering the possibility of creating an independent second lubrication circuit.  The EcoPlus also features a low-level indicator as a standard, as well as a pressure switch.

The easy to program timer with integrated LCD display with intuitive touch pads makes programming of the system extremely easy.  Lubrication intervals can be set from 1 to 300 minutes, while the grease volume is defined by the number of revolutions of the pump rather than by a pre-set timing.   As a result, the EcoPlus supplies exactly the right grease quantity over a wide temperature range, independent of the viscosity of the grease.  The number of pump revolutions can be programmed from 1 to 99 revolutions per grease cycle, which together with the forced stroke of the pumping elements result in an incomparable accuracy.

The EcoPlus features a unique 1.7 litre cartridge, containing Greenlube NLGI 2-grease of the highest quality and the right specification for the most demanding applications.  The cartridge is easy to replace without getting dirty.  Verification of the correct functioning of the system is simple due to the easy-to-read pressure indicator.  As always the right grease is being used, due to the cartridge concept, Groeneveld offers 3 years warranty on the EcoPlus greasing system.

Twin XL

Twin XL

For the the larger eath-moving equipment, Groeneveld has introduced the Twin XL.  A compact automatic greasing system with higher ouput and an extra large grease reservoir.  The Twin-3 XL is made from solid coated metal and has a capacity of 18 litres (20 kg) class-2 grease.  The Twin XL is ideal to meet the demands manufacturers and users of earth-moving and construction equipment.

The Twin XL version offers all the advantages associated with the Groeneveld Twin-3 dual-line system but with a higher reservoir capacity.  The system thus works under relatively little pressure, which retains the quality and structure of the grease.  Furthermore, optimum greasing of all greasing points is realised thanks to the two simultaneous lines. The patented volumetric system also enables very accurate dosage at each greasing point.

Unlike progressive systems, the Groeneveld Twin-3 system also operates in extremely low temperatures and when there are larger distances between the pump and the lubrication points.  This means the Twin-3 XL is suitable for larger machines, like large wheel loaders, dump trucks above 50 tonnes and for excavators above 60 tonnes.  However, the 20-kilo can also be used for smaller machines, with the advantage that grease reservoir needs to be filled less often and, depending on the grease consumption of the machine, does not need to be filled at all in the period between scheduled maintenance activities.

Twin-3 XL has a built in control unit which controls the operation of the pump and controls and monitors the progress of the greasing process.  The system is also characterised by a display in the cabin, which is used to monitor the system operation.  Potential error messages are indicated via a letter and number combination.

Triplus

Triplus

A progressive grease lubrication system suitable for use with class-2 grease and without the disadvantages of standard progressive systems has led to the TriPlus, specially developed for vehicles with complex bodywork structures having differing lubrication requirements, independent of one another.

The Triplus system consists of a pump with between 1 and 3 outlets, to which progressive distribution blocks are connected.  Each outlet is individually managed by the control unit.  The interval time and the quantity of grease to be supplied in each cycle can be separately determined for each outlet.  The grease delivered to the progressive blocks is then distributed across the lubrication points in a manner determined by the block composition.  The control unit determines the lubrication timing for each outlet, and monitors the entire process.  

TriPlus has been designed for multi-purpose and biodegradable NLGI2 grease types and is available with 3, 4 or 8 litres reservoir.

BreakAlube

BreakAlube

Field experience in demolition hammer greasing, important safety features, and high-quality specifications - are the basis of BreakAlube, a new automatic Groeneveld greasing system.  All critical parts of BreakAlube can handle the toughest operating conditions, thus warranting high operational reliability and long life. 

BreakAlube is based on Groeneveld's renowned TriPlus progressive grease pump.  Vital pump parts, including pump element and drive axle bearings, are entirely new developments.  BreakAlube can build up working pressures up to no less than 275 bar and can be used with greases up to NLGI Class 2 including additives such as graphite and copper.

Everytime the demolition hammer has been operating for 60 seconds, BreakAlube will start a greasing cycle, in which the preset amount of grease is discharged at the demolition hammer greasing point.  With the maximum dose, greasing will take 60 seconds.  The quantity of grease, 0.2 cc minimum to 4.0 cc maximum per greasing cycle, can be set in the Digital Control Unit.  The quantity will be both highly accurate and even, regardless of the temperature or viscosity of the grease.  This is achieved by measuring the number of cycles of the pump mechanism.  A warning light in the cab will alert the operator when grease is low, the reservoir empty, or when a system error occurs.  BreakAlube also allows automatic hammer deactivation as soon as proper greasing is no longer warranted (activation upon request).
